If this is the wrong place i appalogize - I know it says Greco, but any idea what model - doesn't look like any LPC I've seen

Greco LPC Made in Japan Model | eBay

and the 2nd ? is this priced right?

Also with the 3 screw TRC wouldn't this be MIC?

I think this is on of the newer Grecos made by Kanda Shokai, like the Ornetts. At least the logo looks like one of those. Never played one of the Grecos, but the Ornetts are amazing builded and sounding guitars. Can't comment on the price tag neither, 'cause I'm not sure about the models.

EDIT: Wait, or is it an older one? Have no clue. Wait for the specialists.

Past Ornetts models had truss rod adjustments between the neck pickup + fretboard
instead of below the headstock, so unless this practice changed,
I would rule out a Japan made Ornetts model.

These are fairly recent offerings, so there is little info available unfortunately.
Recent examples up to about 2010, (Japan and Chinese base models) were made by Tokai,
and this isn't one of those.
I would try to find another example in a recent Greco catalog
or Japan storefront such as Digimart.com, before doing anything more.
If the seller will give you a pic of the rear control cavity, post it here.

    Happy hunting !

    Hi,

Can you help me identify this Greco model? I'm thinking about buying it and these are the only pics I have.

    Thanks.

    Hi valhala92,

Since this is a purchase, I sent you a PM outlining which model I think it is,
based on the very limited info, and have attached an English translation
of the 1982 MC catalog that was provided courtesy of Wulfman awhile back.

Best of luck with it !

Any idea which factory this control cavity is from? I'm sure I've seen it before with the squared off routes

Has to be an EG58-100. Very rare. All mahogany body. Buy it if you can. Any price under $1000 would be a pretty good deal IMO.

The pots and caps look original but pickups are probably not original.

Bolt on models are more difficult to identify, but control and pickup cavity pics might yield a manufacturer name
if not a badge name, for the Les Paul body.

No idea on the strat neck. The headstock shape is simiar to a Samick Hondo Strat shape, but Hondos had a more rounded tip contour. Closeup pics of bridge and tailpiece might help also, and they might have stamps on backs.

The humming bird decal isn't related to more common hummingbird guitars.
