MIJ EB-3 basses...

    Specifically short scale and set neck. I know Aria and Greco made them, were there any others?

    I don't know if they still are, but very recently Tokai was making a set-neck EB3 in China.

    The question is... why? Those things sound like low-register farts. Jack Bruce played one mostly for the speed, and because he could have played anything through those fully-blowing Marshalls and it would sound the same. I'm always curious why people choose this model. I'm sure there's a good reason. I just don't know what it might be.
