Paint Sale. Cuz dat mudder rukker will blister paint! Roll it back to around 7 on the dial and it just flat out growls. Below 5 and it will do just about anything. My other guitar player uses those fancy assed high end Ibenez Jems. He didn't know about the new install and when I lit it up last night I one of those "looks" then a grin. Well done my man . Well done! AXE approved!
I just talked to the good Captain on the phone. He moved to Mississippi over the summer. He also got hurt very badly. He fell off a roof while he was workin in 100 degree heat. So he and his winder were out of commission for a bit but he's better now. The winder is being worked on with his partner Josh and the original builder of the machine! Once the winder is fixed he's having it shipped to mississippi to start winding. They are planning a Madhouse roll out soon. New stuff coming. He said to tell everyone what's up because he's been unable to really get online. -John
this is a re-post from Josh from MHD Pick-ups...i thought you all might wanna know... "MHD Pickups soon to launch. We have been on hold due to relocation and the harvest of our money trees. I will be overhauling our main machine this week prepping to handle production. Website coming soon with really cool content; videos/commercials, and lots of myth clearing info pages. As well as our new take for the future of guitar pickups!"
Hey everyone. I haven't been on much either. I apologize that I haven't kept anyone up to date. Just balancing my 8-5 title position @ ESP, Session work, gigs, side job repairs, R/D for pickups in the evening. I also relocated from Toluca Lake to Hollywood/Silverlake area (about 5 minute drive) for financial reasons since it is so god damn expensive out here. Also the Captain is doing better thank god. We obtained more machinery to deliver the goods. As said, I will be fixing our original machine with who I call the guru, via conference call. He is going to walk me through this to find the short. Other than that we are very close. I greatly thank all of you for the concern and support! Means the world to us!
