I have a vintage LP Spc that has already had some work done, including refinish. I am looking to take it to the next level and have it redone in period-correct TV yellow and mild aging/relic to look appropriate to a 60 year old instrument. I am compiling a list of prospective shops to send it to. So far I have contacted the Jenny's at MJT, and reached out to HM in FL. Any other suggestions?

    Lay's in Ohio.

Possibly Bad Mojo, here on the forum.

Might even want to give Elderly a call.

If I can think of others, I'll post them here. Still working on my coffee.

Windy City here on the forum. Caretaker had his redone here and as far as I know, he is very happy with the results.

I currently have a Classic out for refin and inlay replacement with BadMojo and their clear status pics and communication have been very good up to this point. Offer's a discount for forum members.

I had an abysmal result with Windy City. Personable guy and made it right financially, but I wouldn't recommend refinishing work from him.

Might try Rosser guitars, here on the forum. Michael does great finish and aging work and, while I believe he's lately worked towards streamlining his operation and away from taking custom orders, etc, IMO, it's worth touching base with him, in case he's slow/interested anyway.

Lotsa TV yellow stuff on his insta: https://www.instagram.com/rosserguitars/?hl=en
