A stock 2010 Gibson Les Paul Studio Deluxe '60's in Vintage Sunburst finish. The first one that was sent to me (this one) had a broken toggle switch on arrival, as you can see. I sent it back and got another one (down below with the JVM).

    Thank you very much!

Man, I just sold her a few months ago for the alpine white (a few posts above). KILLER GUITAR -- I just couldn't get used to the BB Pro combined with the baked maple -- extremely bright and I figured that instead of mutilating it, I'd let someone else take advantage of it. There's a couple for sale on Chicago's craigslist if you're interested though!

This year 2000 Gary Moore in Lemon burst is a studio with some special Gary M. features like the flipped pick up for out of phase sound.
It sounds just as good as the Historic 1998 R9 pictured to the right :dude:

hey there! it's a great guitar! It was never officially named as a "deluxe studio" as far as I know.. they still produce it but the fretboard is not ebony, which IMO, is a shame because it looks AWESOME with the finish.

Mine is not a typical Studio, but is classified in the Studio line. I just got it last month. It is a '97 Doublecut Studio, with wraptail bridge. The bottom bout behind the bridge and control cavity is pretty much all a chamber, so it's really light and has a sort of hollow tone to it. I put humbucker sized P90s in it. 24 fret neck. Pretty unique in the LP/Studio lines and a nice change-up from my other LPs.
    Happy with my first Studio!

Yes, it is. The splitting is not bad, I really like the boost. And the push-push pots are great. My standard has pull pots, and they're a pain to pull with tophats.

A few more pics of my studio. I recently swapped out all the electronics with a Martin Six String 50's wiring harness, and a set of Seymour Duncan Seth Lover Pickups.

Some gut cavity shots of what came stock on my 2010 Studio Deluxe '60's:

That "white stuff" is, I believe, the white compound used to buff the guitars:[IMG]
