Value: post more pictures and we'll do it for you.
What I can see from the one picture it looks like a Les Paul Classic. 1400$. With a custom shop case. Add $200

Sell: Ebay, Craiglist, etc etc. Or use the "members classifieds" section of the forum. Or go to a guitar store they might buy it from you, or sell it for you.

Yes this confirms my earlier reply about the model and estimated value. The second number in the serial# tells you the year. It looks like a 1(?) that makes it a 2001

Hi yes it starts with 01 in this case what's the value and would anyone be interested? It looks like it's had some alterations as well it's just sitting around collecting dust so would like it to go now

You could re-post in the Historic section, where this query belongs. Or take it to your local Guitar Center, for 'expert' analysis and appraisal.

Its not a historic Left Paw. Its a 2001 Classic from the usa line, not the custom shop.
Abr bridge is factory on classics, the bigsby lowers the value a bit if there are extra holes by the strap pin or if its damaged the finish on top. The color is a love it or hate it thing/same with the plain top and the snot green inlays. And having a historic case might add a bit but i wouldnt pay another $200 for it.
$1250 to $1400 is a good price, if you want it gone fast be negotiable. Sounds like you didn't pay for it but maybe inherited it, if thats the case then its all profit for you and maybe worth selling a little cheaper but quicker.
