Hey Gary, I have pretty high gain settings, but besides that, it's really important to hammer on pretty hard, and most important: make sure you mute all other strings. I do that with the tip of my index finger from the left hand and the rest of my index finger for the higher strings, just touch the strings to mute. this way, if you are for instance playing on the G string, you have muted the D string with the tip of your index, and the B and e string with the rest of your index finger. Hope this helps, let me know! Cheers
No problem! I use a very subtle noisegate setting, standard setting on my Kemper Profiler. The noisegate isn't that important. Yeah it's my clip
Hi....nice lesson.... What profile are you using on the Kemper? Is it your own or available to download?
It is the second video I see for Yofresh here... he has a KILLER tone ! Besides his very high technical capabilities for sure... good job Yofresh
haha thanks a lot for your great compliment Mockbel you're too kind! I just uploaded my next video if you're interested!
Hey, I believe I altered a GRStudios profile. You should check them out on the Rig Exchange, they are free for download. The GRS JMP1987 is very nice! They also have Mark V profiles. Let me know how you like them
