Most interwebz traffic is bullshit... As in waaaaaaaaay most....
The hijacking/re-directing keeps getting worse and worse. Stop sucking please.
There are browsers for Android that Block this kind of malicious dirt. In this case it is legit self-defense, since no one seems to give a crap
My iPhone and iPad are getting the malicious ads too... this site, and a few others. The ad server companies need to do a better job of stopping this garbage. So annoying. Obviously don’t click on it
Some of y'all ort'n to be gillionaires by now....
Greedy folks.... Ain't sharin.......
Malikon is probably driving a new Cadderac rat now....
I'm still getting them it's super frustrating. On the sevenstring board as well.
I only experience this problem on my iPhone not on iPad not on desktop.
How do you control pop ups on an iPhone?
Turn off java.
I know, it sucks.
And charge yer phone before it goes dead.
Site is unusable on my iPhone if not connected to wifi...has been for weeks, and still today 11/18/2017 "congratulations $1000....." popup crud with the hard lockup of Safari unless you carefully backbrowser and self re-direct. HORRIBLE.
Also Sevenstring.org (which is a similar appearing website as MLP) has the identical issue.
Any fixes guys?
Popping ads are back with a vengeance on my iPad. I had to re-enable AdBlock again. I don’t think I will ever disable it again for this site. Sorry for your lost ad revenue.
Me too. I never thought I would ever need an adblocker in my iphone.
stopped even trying to access MLP via the iphone... I get the same sketchy 'congrats' page each and every time
Every. Damn. Time.
This is the ONLY forum I have this issue with. Why is that?
I love MLP. I really do, but I won't be accessing via my iPhone (Chrome browser) until this is addressed.
This is getting ridiculous. Every damn time, now, same crap on the iPad. This needs to stop. Now!
Don't have this problem on my Samsung....
Sorry i had to
This just happened again.
This is an offensive ad, as it takes over your browser setting. When you close the ad, it deletes the site you selected, and you have to log back on. It is not like the ads for which MLP is paid, where you can click on if interested, not if you are not. While it is not the fault of this site, MLP needs to incorporate their own blockers against this hyjacking of its site.
Three times today.
