I've just finished putting this together and it came out good!
    A few specs:
    Lindy Fralin pickups
    Babicz bridge
Custom wiring with a varitone and pull knobs for out of phase
Warmoth body specced with maple cap and chambered
    Fender USA neck
    Schaller strap locks

Sounds really nice and beautifully crisp. I am very happy with it indeed and it makes a great stable mate to my humbucker guitars, offers a completely different sound which is what I wanted.
Sounds superb through my Bluesbreaker and glorious through my Twin!

between the maple cap, the chambered body, the bridge, and the Jazzmaster shape, how different/similar does she sound compared to a typical Telecaster?

It still has the clarity of a Tele in the bridge position but has this really remarkable warmth to the neck pickup which is somewhere between a strat and a humbucker, but it still maintains that single coil clarity and the ability to be heard in a mix / band.
I gigged it for the first time on Friday and it was faultless, really held its own. I had a ton of people asking about it too, it sort of confuses people but they all think it's cool as heck. Met a lot of nice people because of the guitar and chatted about it, and isn't that what it's all about?
    Job done!

OK, so after a week of use I have decided to change the wiring, the harness I bought was a bit of an experiment and when it arrived I felt it used cheaper parts. It was well made and everything but I really really want this guitar to be exactly what I want, and the wiring was not 100% there.

    So I got this!
I'll be testing it out this week, but I am happier, a simple wiring harness with good quality parts. It really is a thing of beauty.
