Hey Thump, I don't know weather you thought by harsh I meant your post. If that is what thought I meant, it was not. I meant the recording sounded a little harsh. Cheers.

I wish I had something similar to Izzy's Gear setup instead of my crappy Vox vt15.

Agreed. He is what made GN'R what it was. There would be no Slash tone without Izzy's guitar backing him up. There would be no amazing songs they had without Izzy writing them.

All of the members were a huge part of the band, sure, but Izzy was the most important person in the band. After Izzy left the band just was not the same.

I agree, although I love Slash's playing, without Izzy Slash just would've been another lead guitarist. I prefer to play some of Izzy's parts, like the beginning of Rocket Queen.

You're right. Steven had a certain special touch to his playing which was also a huge part of their sound on Appetite, Sorum never came even close to that even on his best day. :)

You're right but to be fair Axl has always been one of a kind singer. Never seen anyone like him and probably never will, those kind of guys are one in a billion.

Best of luck with finding a singer and a drummer though pal :)
