I didn't go to the store to get any eggs, milk, or bread.

Now I can't make French Toast. Isn't that what yer supposed to do when it snows?

I bought beer and bacon instead.:cheers2::drool:

Hasn't started here yet. I won't be having French toast either, or beer.

I have some turkey bacon. Yeah, I know, but the lower fat is better for my condition.

Gonna get some ice here in the Hickory area, I have a bunch of strings and guitars that need string changing so I’m actually going to play guitar rather than talk about them lol

French Toast is for Oui Ouis. LOL

Beer, Bacon and Eggs is where it's at! With some good ol fashioned toast, potatoes or traditional carbs.!

Maybe snow here. Not enough to matter. But still hit the store yesterday and bought stuff for a nice breakfast (it was delicious), stuff for a homeade pizza tonight, and enough tonic to mix drinks during football. I already told myself that this is going to be a lazy weekend

It's fixin' to snow here, too. My wife went to the grocery store yesterday, and only got 1 gallon of milk. I went this morning to get something I forgot to put on the list. I figured I'd grab a gallon so we could have french toast, or biscuits and gravy tomorrow. There wasn't so much as a pint of milk on the shelf at 8:15 this morning. No. Milk. At. All.

    Breakfast burrito's it is!

Forecast is for less than 25 mm here. The only real snow we have had here was in November - which is rather unusual...

Went to wallyworld this morning. Hardly anyone there 'cause of the snow. Best time to get shit done. Crackheads don't travel in the snow well. :)

We're not supposed to get any snow up here in West Central Wisconsin. :( It would be nice to get some, the ground is mostly bare with just a bit of scattered snow and ice. I'd like to do some cross country skiing or snow shoeing. I do need to change the oil in one of my vehicles and in my daughter's car today so I guess it's good that it's not snowing as that would make it a bit messy in the garage.

It's here now. For some reason it's sticking to the road more than anything else though. That's completely white but there is hardly any on my truck.

Just freaking cold up here. Currently sitting at -9C/10F, with windchill -13C/10F. I think I'd rather have snow.

Yeah, that and bread. Two quickly perishable items that you may not need to get for a few (or more) days I think.

I have a supermarket within walking distance, even in significant snow.

    Now it's snowing like crazy.

I never understand the clearing out the bread and milk either. Even in the worst storms the roads are perfectly clean within 3 days.

74° F and partly cloudy here in lovely Central Florida. Got all my windows and doors open.

I love this time of year because outside of a couple of brief "cold snaps" it usually stays in the high 60's to high 70's from October to about early April.

And after a summer of huffing nothing but air conditioning indoors, nothing could be more pleasant than what passes for "winter" in most parts of this state. My last power bill was only 79 bucks, which is another thing I love about this part of the year.

Snow is scarce enough that we've had one confirmed snow sighting in about the last 20 years or so. People go batshit when it's cold enough for rime to form on cars and such... and that's what they usually call "snow".

People who grew up in snow belt areas (such as myself) laugh at all that.
