It's like a firebird and a strat made a baby, sort of. but way better.

2017 Ernie Ball Music Man St. Vincent. Polaris White, Rosewood neck, Rosewood board, Mahogany body.

This is my first EBMM guitar, but i've played a bunch. I was looking for a nice mini bucker guitar and this was hanging used in my local Sam Ash store. But with a bolt on rosewood neck, nice trem, compensated nut, all for what? I think they priced it low because of the odd shaped body that I dig personally.

Workmanship is flawless. There is a ding on the back, but that's the only think I can find. She came with the case and original ppwk etc.

i really like the dimarzios but it's actually wired differently from a strat. You can select each pick up alone, or have neck and bridge, or have all three. so it can kinda do that tele LP "both" pick up thing. i may end up screwing around with that because i do like the neck and middle option, which it doesn't have at present. no big thing though, just a personal preference.

Nice man, I really like some of the music man stuff, especially that body shape and their funky offset les Paul type deal.

Pricey, but they kinda look really worth it.

I'm caught up on huge chunky necks ATM so I don't think they have anything for me in their catalog sadly.

Sweet. I had one of the tobacco burst with gold hardware right when they were first released. My favorite pup position is the middle on the slot. THROATY!!

Dig it. Love the knobs, and that rosewood neck has me swooning.

I think these are cool, I think they would be killer though with a rectangular head stock, or one that played off the body shape.

i did end up getting the switch rewired and a push pull vol pot added.
the 5 way will be wired like a strat, but the pull function on the vol knob will bring in the neck pick up.
what that adds, is the neck and middle, and the bridge and middle, which it doesn't do the way it's originally wired.

all I see is a ladies 1950's dress. I can't unsee it. :laugh2: They look like white tops and poodle skirts.

    congrats, HNGD.

I love the Ernie Ball ball 4+2 headstock design.

It offers the way to have the shortest possible strings, while keeping the strings running straight once they break over the nut.

    Beats Fender and Gibson.

Imagine how us Ohioans feel- Local Dairy store from the days of yore that was at every other street corner, and still boasts the best french Onion Dip known to man- Lawson's Chip Dip!

I like these. I've been curious what the neck profile was like on them. I think I remember picking up an EBMM Albert Lee model back in GC in the late '90s that had a nice big, round neck on it, but it's been a long time. The varying bevels on the pickguard edges are a slick touch. Really, the whole thing looks pretty carefully thought out.
