Nope, they'd be reflectors still for part of '67, (those are the original 60's reflectors, I'd bet they are stock) then they'd be witch hats, not top hats.
And that is definitely the correct 5 layer wider bevel guard.
DEFINITELT a '67!!
The 00 SN# prefix for these is bulletproof, there were NO large guard SGs made in 1966.
