I'll ask my bud to take those shots for me, and I'll post them whenever (and if) I get them. I'll tell him it's a "rush job"..
I love this guitar
My '89 ES 335 clunker
Traded my 339 for a 59ri 330. Love it so far! Also have a frost blue 345 on the way from CME
ES-339 and Les Paul Jr Special
Whoa that was a solid move!!! Those are sweet guitars, I have the same one, same year (2012 cherry red w/Bigsby had the "wrong" tuners on them, I changed mine).
Some awesome, awesome axes in this thread!
My main #1 for about 4 years now has been a 2005 Gibson Memphis 335 Dot Reissue fitted with WCR Crossroads pickups and a Bigsby B6. It’s the guitar that killed Les Pauls for me: it’s lighter (although still weighty), has better upper fret access and the natural reverb the semi-hollow construction adds to your tone is just sublime.
Took me a while to find one with a chunkier than average neck but I’m being buried with this!

Nice! Where'd you get the tuners? And did you add that bridge pickup spacer? Mines got it as well, but I didn't think it was factory.
The spacer is stock.
OK good to know, you can kind of make it out here.
It also appears either the entire bridge was swapped or just the saddles were swapped to nylon. What are some other quirks I can check for originality? Mines got the yellow pickup selector tip vs the white one on the other guys red 330 for example.
i think the spacer was factory... don't remember honestly. the tuners are Klusons, you can find deals on them on Reverb usually.
Ooooh ... yeh, that’s what I want next: a 330 for the pair. Never sure if I want sunburst to match (but it’ll never be exact ...) or cherry because that’s such a classic ES colour. And those two do nothing to help me decide - both look soooo good!
no I switched mine to white, yours is correct for stock.
The bridge though... hmm I don't think they came with nylon stock did they?
Not to play devil's advocate, but....there is a '59 RI ES 330 on the Chicago Music Exchange site for crazy cheap right now.
Huh that looks really great... what year does "S" designate? T was 2012 and R was 2013 I think. The originals were "S"...
Hmmmm...not sure. Mine is considered an ES 330 VOS, but is not designated as a 1959 RI, even though it has those specs and a Custom Shop COA and Case.
The SKU # ES30F15VBNH1U2 looks like 2015 to me?
