my guess is from leaning up against the wall for years
he wouldn't know he hasn't touched it since I've known him.
as far as the tuner, looks like it was mounted that way.
yes obviously poorly crafted in that area
the thing plays great stays in tune.
I played it for months
just had to come here after my eyes bled out looking for anything on
the web to tell me what it was.
serial is under a clearcoat
is there anything in the pot area I could be looking for to tell me?
if I went by standard EPI serial
it says it's a 1960! lol
You can get new Standards around 430
and new Traditionals at 500
Fake or real $400 is too much in my opinion. I would post your pics in the Fake Epi II thread and see it one of the experts can help. I do know that older Korean models tend to have some of the characteristics of fakes which make some think they are fake. I'm sure some of the guys would chime in if you post your pics in the sticky thread.
