2- Squier Affinity Strat - gone
3- Jackson DXMG Dinky - gone
4- Jackson JS30RR (everything upgraded and is actually ok now)
5- Fender Showmaster Tele - gone
    6- Jackson RR3 - gone
7- Jackson WXRT Warrior - gone
    8- Jackson DK2M Dinky - gone

14 in the planning stages, either SG Standard or Strat with a Floyd. I've been Floyd-less for a few years now and starting to miss it. But also gassing for a 16 SG Standard.

I also had 2 Epi Thunderbird basses in there somewhere but cant remember when.

When I first saw this thread I didn't even bother thinking about participating because I haven't really owned that many guitars. OR SO IT THOUGHT!!! Once I sat down to make out the list it came to 20! Holy crap! I can't believe I've owned that many guitars.
    • 2 no name dbl cutaways (ie, can't remember, but they weren't anything special)
    • 1 Yamaha Pacifica (fat Strat copy)
    • 7 Epi LPs
    • 6 Gibson LPs (2 Standards, 4 Trads)
    • 2 acoustics (1 Yamaha IIRC and 1 Ibanez)
    • 1 Ibanez semi-hollow body (AM73B)
    • 1 Squier CV Tele (on order, yet to arrive)
I still have 6 of them (see my sig line).

    maybe 20-25?

I'm not even sure how many I own at the moment.
I think it's 9. I have 4-5 guitars on loan @ the moment as well, not sure what that exact number is either - I'd have to go count! :wow:

I currently have 27. I have easily owned a hundred+ different guitars since I got my first one in 1982.

Been playing since I was 12 (16 years).

My first guitar was a no-name (that I can remember) $60 miniature acoustic.
Then I had a Jackson Dinky as my first electric.
Got a Fender American HSS Special as my first nice guitar.
Had a mediocre Olympia acoustic/electric for a while.
Bought an SG Classic 10 years ago, has been my main electric since.
Picked up a flamenco guitar along the way.
Traded my strat for a Martin.

I basically only touch my one electric, acoustic, and nylon.

Only four, but they cover the bases.

'82 Squier JV Stratocaster '57 Tobacco Sunburst - My first and only guitar for 30+ years. Basically stopped playing for 20.

Yamaha Dreadnaught acoustic - When Glenn Frey died in January, I thought I'd get a cheap but good acoustic to learn some of their songs... big mistake. It lit the fire again...

'05 Epiphone Les Paul Standard Cherry Red Flame PlusTop- Made an additional mistake of watching the video of Clapton talking about the "Lucy" replica. I was going to buy a new Cardinal Red Standard, but stumbled on this guitar which was the same red, but with a wicked flame for less.

Telecaster - Wanted to round out the Trifecta of electric guitars. Hopefully that holds me for awhile. Hopefully.

Close to 100, but I've been doing it since the early 1960's...

Most I have had all at one time is more than 60, and I have been selling those down for the last several years...down to about 30 now, including basses...
3 Gibson Les Pauls, 2 LP Juniors, 4 Melody Makers, 9 Epiphones, 4 Danelectros, and 5 various Fender types, 2 Agile LP types and an old Yahama acoustic...2 old Guild Pilot basses and an old Peavey Foundation bass.

    Might be a few I forgot...:hmm:
