Leave it out in the sun in the afternoons, it'll start yellowing in no time. Just make sure it doesn't get too hot.

^ No, yellowing takes a LOT of time in the sun. Its fading of UV unstable dye that takes a short time.

Even in Australia I have to leave nitro out in the sun for the entire summer to get it to amber up in the jar. Sprayed in the thicknesses on a guitar it barely looks amber at all.

So the tip is - sell the newer one and get one already yellow, or wait.

Yes smoke with your sg as often as possible. IMPORTANT don't cover any area of the white or you won't have uniform yellowing. Same air has to get to all the white paint in equal amounts. And it won't take long at all. You can turn one yellow in a year or less

You could spray some amber clear on it then level sand buff and polish.

This time of year, put it on a guitar stand and position it facing the South in direct sunshine. The UV radiation will begin to yellow the finish in a few weeks. Or, buy a cheap clamp on style Aluminum Reflector and a UV Bulb to shine on the Guitar at night in your garage, basement, bathroom, closet, etc.

If you don't smoke, take it somewhere where you can get a smoker to exhale on it. It works!

My 08 Studio yellowed up nicely from being left in the sun. As was said, make sure it doesn't get too hot. I would bring it on the porch with me and read when it was nice out.

Could you put it in a smoke box like you would meat, and let the smoke do the work [might smell for a bit...?
Or perhaps use the shoe polish?
[just a stab in the dark - might work, might be a horrible mistake]
