    You can all think I'm nuts ( so what else is new ) I'm going to dare say what most would be afraid to . That guitar sounds every bit as a good as a Real Burst and yes I've played real Bursts

    That's an '01(maybe '02 I can't remember) R8 Custom Authentic.
    Here is another clip that I first saw on Joe's web site.

    Joe always has an amazing tone regardless of guitar or amp.
    He can make anything sound great.
    I saw Joe at the Dallas show using a borrowed stock R9 and Kendrick amp.

    Joe is The Man. He deserves to be on the cover of Guitar World every other month instead of Satch and Vai. Check out 'So Many Roads" with the R9. Awesome!
