you sir, have exposed the only flaw in the design. ONLY FLAW.
f*ck that... the tiny terror is for rock! you don't need to tune, ever!
goddamn cork sniffers gotta always "tune their guitar", and "learn how to play music." mother****ing elitists, man. the worst. just strap that guitar on, stuff your crotch and pose out like there's no tomorrow.
You have heard of "hand wired"....
this rig is "hard wired"...
maybe you need to solder the strings to the tuners and saddles too?
Except from being in another language, that's exactly what the tech told me today when I went there to get my amp back!
He oppened the TT and got a broken 12AX7 and running tests he got a broken EL84. He replaced both power valves and one 12AX7.
Well it sounds like a new amp now! I'm really happy with the service and no money pays that!
I really aprecciate the help all of you gave me. I learned a lot from you and from the tech himself. He is a great guy around here and really had lots of patience showing and teaching me lots of stuff today! He even encouraged me doing it myself the possible next time. I also have to mention he didn't charge me for the service, only for the tubes! It's like a first time courtesy!
Hope Zenzeypher can solve his issue now! Have some pics posted my friend!
That's a story that ends well, and I'm glad you have a good tech that you are establishing a relationship with. That's what it's all about.
I actually fell out of my chair laughing about the soldered tubes. Wow.
I bet it was a shit bag. I am surprised it is still working.
May I quote you?
i laughed out loud at my desk when i read this. now my work colleagues probably think on another musician on 'the drugs'.
