i have a gibson les paul 50s tribute which seems to the have single screw chrome grover tuners on them. I want to give the guitar a more vintage look with the white small button/bean shape tuners. Will i need to make the holes bigger or can I just place them in and add an additional screw? Hope to hear any advice here. Thanks!!

I suspect that the Grover holes are going to be larger than most alternatives. Pop one out and measure. It's unlikely that the single screw location will align with any other tuner. Get the specs for the desired replacement tuner and compare.

There are conversion bushings available separately for the kluson style tuners. Typically Grovers are a 3/8 hole and the klusons 11/32
