Um, not PRS. John Mayo plays one, but for the others that's very true. :D

I love Les Pauls, but I love every guitar I own. I know the weaknesses of each one which is part of the fun of having different models, because those are the things that make me rethink what and how I'm playing. I've never been one to follow the hype of any guitar, they're just beautiful tools.

I have never played a Schecter, PRS, Epiphone, Ernie Ball, Parker, G&L, Mosrite, Guild, Peavey, BC Rich, Dean, Hamer, Jackson/Charvel, or Rickenbacher.

So go figure. Been a Fender/Gibson/Ibanez (dropped the Ibanez) man with an odd LTD and Kramer tossed in.

    Ding ding ding.... Winner!

Guitars, amps, football teams, bikes, cars, boots, underwear, even Steely Dan's...

There are folks that will whip your ass over bad mouthing an old Peavey twin or a Peavey T guitar/bass... (They built damn good stuff and those ugly ass guitars were great, best bass bridge design)

Always gonna be some 'my bick is digger than yours' cheerleading (Corkerazis)...

Human nature I guess... Need to feel superior or special...

A Klewbie with a fancy Lester or PRS or whatever the current status symbol, is no less a Klewbie.

I'll sell all my Gibs, Fenders, etc., before I sell my heavy ass ash original small head Ibanez Blazer, which I think was one of their cheapest Strat type guitars they sold.

    Carry on...

A guitar is just that... a guitar.
    A tenon-saw is just that... a tenon-saw.
    A sports-car is just that... a sports-car.
A house is just that... a house.
A country is just that... a country.
The delusion that yours is "better" is just that... a delusion.

    Mazactly!

I play my paf Hamer far more than my Lesters lately... The Herc hanger stand in the corner is liable to be holding a Godin next week... Who knows... Who cares...

I have never played Gibson LP. I owned a Gibson L6-S years ago, before my 24 year guitar hiatus, I also had an Epiphone super strat.
I currently have a 1979 Greco EG900, and a 1989 Burny RLG50 (which my girlfriend has perloined!). I did have a Tokai LS135Q also, but I sold that. I have just bought an Orville by Gibson LP Custom from Japan, waiting for it to get delivered as I write this, be interesting to see how it compares to the Greco and Burny.
