Because the other Sheptones in my Studio are not going anywhere...:naughty:

Since I am a Sheptone dealer I can usually get these pickups in 3-4 weeks if you order from my jonesyblues.com website

6-8 weeks if our order from Sheptone.com

The Sheptone PAF's/Humbuckers are only $229 a pair without covers or $269 a pair with your choice of nickel or gold covers. Aging is always free. If you compare these to some of the other "Overpriced" boutique pickups ($400-$600 a pair) out there I think you will agree that the Sheptones are some of the best sounding and affordable pickups being currently built.

Free Shipping on all USA orders!

    Hey Jonesy

    Just a word.

A couple / three years back I bought some Sheptone's from you.
And a 50's wiring kit for my Les Paul.

I wanted you to know that it is all still installed into the LP which is my number one axe.

This guitar gets played HARD doing 75% or so of all gigs and practices.
    And I gig 3 or 4 times a month and practice 3 or 4 times a month.

On Sunday, we were doing some recording and that LP sounded as sweet as could be.

Even after all I have done abusing it.

So I have no plans on changing anything.

    Excellent tone.
Just a thumbs up in your general direction..........:thumb:

By the way, I think the way you market yourself on this board is excellent.

Man I'd love to get my hands on some of these...how much are your typical harnesses going for these days?

Just curious, Which set would most closely replicate the tone of some burstbuckers?

If you are looking for that Sweet 59' Tone I would suggest the Tribute PAFs. They are unpotted, and use the degaussed Alnico 5 magnets, butyrate bobbins, maple spacers etc. Nice warm woody neck pickup and Honky bridge that are very touch sensitive and work well with Marshall or Fender amps.
