Links almost always parse instead of imbed if you use the "preview post" button. That could be your issue. :)

    Thanks for the assist Batman.

I'm not sure what it is. I never use the preview post button. I tried dropping the "s" and that didn't work. I tried clipping off all the url info up to and including the "v=" and put the youtube bookends on it like you have to do on some forums but was never necessary here but that doesn't do it either. I used to just copy the url to my post here and they would appear but something isn't working now. Lately my computer has really been acting up and I have a lot of problems even viewing youtube clips. It always tells me a script has stopped running and freezes. I like to blame it on facebook which my wife uses all the time and she gets mad and yells "IT'S NOT FACEBOOK!" but I really just do that to make her nuts. What I honestly think is it's getting close to trash time for this PC but I've been holding off because we both despise Windows 8 but that's another thread. :mad2:

Sometimes MLP has problems parsing YT links, even if they're formatted 'correctly.' Usually YT vids will show up correctly in the previews, but not always. MLP doesn't seem to like 'https' in YT links (which I have my browser force for everything). Easy, no?

Sounds pretty cool!......Played it tonight for about 3 hrs with my tele and my new tone rider pickup. Was going for a lite fuzz overdrive to full on women tone with lots of sustain thru my Intellifex and HT20.....pretty impressed !

Cant believe there is no youtube vids out on this pedal yet.....Mike

In the early 90's I walked into this new, magical guitar shop in my area. I had heard wild tales of vintage booty. I had also heard there was a mean fuzzbox selection. Until then I had never been able to score a "vintage" muff. Fueled by the likes of Mascis and Frusciante, I had to have that rich harmonizer-ish fuzz. That day I scored an early red and black NYC BIg Muff. I got a Memory man that day too. This was just before the widespread reissue of Muffs. Strangely, the only one i liked better was a friend's first gen Russian Blue and Grey Big Muff. To this day, if i can get one for less than a kidney, I would trade Old Faithful.

The only way I have found to beat the volume issue is to dime the muff. But it can be brutal......

Ever had your fuzz pedal pick up radio?

My Devi Ever Hyperion did that just now. I turned both knobs all the way up, guitar volume all the way off, and picked up a shortwave broadcast of the Overcomer Ministry. Weird...

I had that with a shitty BB preamp clone... it was un-usable on that pedal though... it picked up radio regardless of settings on the pedal

Amptweaker TightFuzz - have and love it. Very subdued.
Musket - have and love. Is awesome!

Got a FuzzFactory clone that's fatter and more manageable than stock. Love it too but it doesn't get too much use.
Have a custom two channel fuzz too that i need to rediscover..

    Here's 4 of mine :naughty:

    - EHX/SOVTEK Black Russian (DIY Clone w/ TBP)
    - JOYO Voodoo octave (Foxx tone machine clone)
    - MXR Classic 108 Fuzz (JH Fuzzface w/ Si BC-108 transistors with buffer)
    - Roger Mayer Classic Fuzz Sig. edition handbuilt (Germanium AC 128 boutique fuzz).

From most 'tame' to fuzz overdose -> RM - MXR - EHX -JOYO :laugh2:

The octave up effect is out of control when boosted by a TS.
The Roger Mayer is really really sensitive and most musical.
It HAS to be first in line to sound good, but guitar+fuzz+amp = all you need. ...Fuzzy goodness yes please :D tasty with a LP or a Strat.

I just had all my fuzz pedals out the other day? I should have taken a picture. I used my BK Butler-Tube Driver, Dunlop-JB Fuzz Face, Fulltone-Ultimate Octave and Wren and Cuff-The Caprid (Ram's Head clone) plugged into my Peavey JSX combo. They sounded great with my Strat with Dimarzio Injectors that, I didn't even bother to switch guitars.
