I've got a Little Big Muff, and it does everything I could ever need in a fuzz pedal. I find the tone control makes it quite a bit more versatile than a Fuzz Face, which really sold it for me. I can get Eric Johnson or Joe Bonamassa-like tones as well as the more grungy sounds like White Stripes or the Black Keys. I also really enjoy Switchfoot's fuzz tones, which it does really well too.
Overall, just a great fuzz pedal, and not only that, it's compact so it fits on my board!

    SUPA Tone Bender anyone?
basically a muff minus a gain stage and a aset of clipping diodes, so not as saturated. Steve Hackett's favourite fuzzbox.

They're on to Part IV now: Strictly FUZZ: Part IV - The Gear Page. [TGP closes threads after ~1000 posts for performance reasons.]

Here's my collection, no pics at the moment:

    Black Arts ToneWorks Pharaoh Fuzz
    Black Russian Big Muff
    Green Russian Big Muff
Montarbo Sinphoton (weird Italian '70s fuzz)
    Boss FZ-2 Hyper Fuzz

and my T-Rex Mudhoney gets a bit fuzzy on higher gain settings :)

The Pharaoh is my favorite at the moment.

Of the more common types, I think the Tone Bender Mk II is a great contrast to Muffs.
