Hey guys, first time poster here. Just thought Id share this video of me playing my 1965 SG Jr at a blues jam at a local bar. Im using a silvertone 1482 combo with one 12" speaker with only a tiny bit of reverb from a pedal, Im a very straight forward guy. Let me know what ya think! Im the little 15 year old behind the giant dude with the tele. Stick around for my solo, I think its alright.

You nailed it slim. My old SG jr is one I'd get back if I could.

Real nice lead work and feel..... need to cut through the mix more. That tele's tone was killing you, but I thought you were the better player.

You won me over with the coiled cord even before I heard you play. :D

Great, tasteful playing. If I was that good at 15 I probably would never have joined the Air Force--I'd have been touring after High School. :D

Keep at it...you're a great player.

Just keep doin' what you're doin.'

You'll be out from behind that Tele player in no time.

    P.S. That's a proper guitar. I don't own anything with multiple pickups

Thanks guys, Im really glad to see you all accept this young-en here. I usually play with these guys without the other guitar player and he showed up this time so I showed respect to my elders and let him take the spotlight.

Cool old gear, hell of a player, and he's well-mannered.

He's destroying my preconcieved notions of today's youth.

How do you feel about Metalcore?
