Hi. I'm new to the forum, so I hope it was "kosher" to start a thread like this. I am in the process of converting my Epiphone LP headstock to a Gibson one. (For all the haters, I had this Epi before I got a Gibson & then the Gibson got stolen so it's what I have to work with). Anyway, I purchased a waterslide decal from webstore.com. Similar decals can be found on ebay. I wanted to show close up pictures so that it might help anyone who might be in the same boat. I paid $15 total. I'm totally satisfied with the size and color of the decals. However, they seem very pixelated. I'm not going to bother with getting new ones. You'd have to get very close to see the detail. Hopefully though, they (especially the mother-of-pearl "Gibson") will look better on the black background of the headstock. I kinda like the "Les Paul": it sorta looks like the Tweed Fender puts on amps and cases. Oh, you can clearly see that the "O" in "MODEL" is not rounded like it would be on a true Gibson.
