This is so true............that's why i worship the 58.
Maybe it was the last thing Edwin said before he was fired from the CS
LOL good wood
A bud has a red Lucite SG type... Sounds and plays great... Then you realize your leg is dead because circulation has been totally shut off for while, and you can't walk.....
Heavy doesn't quite cover it for some of those clear guitars...
the plastic doesn't "breathe" so it kills your leg.
"good plastic years"
Only the Ampeg 'Dan Armstrong' has the good plastic innit...........
I have to take exception to this statement; I am not at all talented, but I can tell a good istrument when I play it.
Phil X has got a video out there hawking a '59 for FA. I've seen more than one comment claiming this specific guitar doesn't have the magic of some others. I don't know how anyone can make a claim like that watching a YT video most likely through a computer of some sort.
No unobtainium.... None....
Dilemma they obviously didn't get The Mojo Boner while watching the video.
The Mojo Boner doesn't lie.
(looking down at your crotch like talking to Lassie. "What is it boy? This one doesn't have the magic mojo?" )
I've never known a boner to lie. It's just not what they do. The boner will always tell the truth even if it doesn't want to. Dead giveaway the boner is.
Damn the boner. Damn him all to hell.
As I learned from my cousin when going out shopping for guitars, most of the time some guy is selling a dud that can be fixed with a few turns of a couple of screws.
I would say the same about myself!
Meh, I prefer Gibson's plywood.
And nylon saddles?
Several Corkerazis just stroked out....
Hey, if you're going for tone suck might as well go all out.
Three of the best sounding electrics I've ever known were 2 '59 330s and an ABR-converted '53 LP - all with nylon saddles.
