    Well I heard Roger Ball is no longer with Gibson, can anyone confirm this?

    Roger was my go to guy for info on all the historics I've owned or have been interested in.

    Does anyone have a good email contact @ Gibson? I'm looking for info on a historic.

    Roger was a great person to work with at Gibson, one who truly cared about his customers. I would email him every once in a while to just chat but a few months ago, I got a reply from customer service saying he was retired. I verified that with Mike in Memphis! I hope Roger is doing well!

    Yes, I completely agree. Roger was a GREAT guy to deal with and was VERY helpful anytime I had a question. I hope he has a great retirement. I need to find a new contact now though...

    All Customer Service Reps have the same access to info that Roger did. Keep calling until you find someone you like.
