Are you guys eyeing anything right now? I want a Mustang but I refuse to sell any of my old gear to finance new stuff.

I'd like a Korina V or Explorer, but probably won't get either. Will probably buy another Strat this year.

Possible amps: Orange Rocker 15, Ceriatone 2202, Carr Mercury V (blue/cream only).

I'm also waiting to see what comes out at NAMM

Possible LPs: 2011 Standard, or Manhattan Midnight Traditional.

I'd love to find an Iguanaburst that didn't cost a nut and a half

planning on selling stuff I don't use and getting an r8 and maybe a blues deluxe. my current lp is too heavy to play standing up. it's ruining my shirts. I'm going to keep it though since it was my first gibson.

I want a telecaster but I have yet to find one I like as much as the one that got away. I figure with two lp's, the 339, a telecaster, a fender and a marshall (clone) I will be covered.

I need to replace the tubes in my Marshall 6100LM; that will probably blow my gear budget for the year.
But I'll keep checking the pawn shops and fleabay for a stupid cheap telecaster.

I’m thinking too of offloading some stuff that just doesn’t get used anymore. I have a few amps I’d like fixed so that would take care of any surplus income said offload might generate.

Having said that... I want a resonator and I got a chance to play a st vincent and really liked it, toothpick neck and all.

AND, I’ve been really thinking about either some pedals, I want some kind of EH keyboard/organ synth, their Grand Canyon looks cool, the rainbow machine would occupy my mind for maybe an hour...

What I really need too is a new teacher, haven’t had lessons in way too long, but that’s the least likely thing on my list :laugh2:

I've been putting a lil bread away for a year now....and I'm ready to pull the trigger on a 335. If I can sell an old Ibanez I just may get an old silver face twin as well

I’m not gonna buy much, except a new slide. I’d like to build a few amps, build a bigger Pedalboard that fits everything, maybe build a muff pedal or something with the kid. Gear purchases are gonna really lay down for a while.
Last year I got a Supro Trem, Micro Flanger, BMF wah and my BMF small box CompCut pedal, called “brass Knuckles”.
I should probably buy another tone bar so I don’t have to share one between the acoustic and electric lap steels.
At some point my wife and want a shared acoustic small bodied 14-fret guitar, but haven’t started shopping in earnest. I have a dream version, but I can’t spend that kind of money on it for a while.

Scroll down to the 00-14 and that’s the dream.

When I die, I’m gonna be cremated, just so I’m small enough to use it as my casket.

Don't really need anything, but. Would like to try a Gibson Songwriter Standard. Curious how skinny the neck is. Don't have an acoustic with a cutaway or one in rosewood. Lots of studios around but not many standards with a cutaway and natural finish.

Selling my spare Bogner Custom Shop Amps / Cabs stock.

    Selling my Bartlett Retrospec.

Selling my Benedetto Benny & Benedetto Bravo.

May also sell a bunch of Vintage parts that I have.

Minor restoration work on my Vintage Plexi.

    Getting a 1964 JTM45 Replica (WIP).

My Luthier mate is building me a Semi this year & I wouldn't mind a Limba (Korina) V or Explorer one day. Never owned a Limba anything.

Almost done with Gear (Guitars / Amps / Cabs) apart from potentially looking at an AxeFXII or Kemper in 6 - 12 months time.

    :cheers2:

With such lousy resale value on gear I always struggle with whether its worth it to sell stuff, but I've accumulated enough stuff I think I'm gonna clear out on some things I don't use.

Was gonna give my Epi goldtop to my cousin's boyfriend but sounds like they may be on the way out so I may have dodged that bullet lol

Also want to sell one or both of my 339's now that I have the 335 on hand.

I also have 3 or 4 pedals I think I'm going to sell, but again, with lousy resale I always kick myself if I'd want them back down the road.

In the complete opposite direction, I've got one of these Friedman FRFR cabs on the way for my Kemper!

Hope 2018 is good to everyone! :dude:

I'm buying a Mission Engineering FRFR cab for my Kemper right away, after that I'll save up for a guitar, I'm not sure what, maybe a PRS.
