My 1996 ASAT Classic & 1995 Fender Stratocaster ( Tex Mex pick ups changed pick guard . )
not my style but still nice id prefer something lie a 57 strat in surf green
Looks like you like rosewood fingerboards too, eh?
I have a hard time with Maple boards/necks.
I love my ASAT Deluxe!
I also had a very limited ASAT JR that was cooler than cool. The most alive sound I've ever had. A great guitar that I sacrificed to the Gibson God to get my R9 Ah, but we all do it , don't we?
A pic of my beloved ASAT JR as it sits waiting for a new owner:
# 30 of a limited # 250. Had it a decade and it had the most responsive but noisiest pickups I've ever played. Very sensitive, which made the guitar alive and special.
Here's a shot of my ASAT Deluxe W Bigsby posing with a friend:
I find I like G&L gutars a lot. Never played one I did not like. I do prefer the Teles though.
Real Fenders for the most part leave me cold. It took me almost twenty years to find a fender Strat I liked. Once I did , I'll never let it go ( Like I did my '68 LP Custom, GRRR stupid mistake of my life ).
Harpozep, sweet looking custom LP, been gassing for one, Sixlicks nice looking axes, thanks fer the post
Thanks for looking .
i like a maple board on any fender wouldn't own one if it didnt have it.
I only have rosewood & ebony on my guitars . Just what i prefer . Maybe I wil try a maple board some time .
nice grain and color
G&L's are great. so underrated imo. getting a tad pricey these days though.
i guess G&L is to Fender what Heritage is to Gibson
Good analogy. Both Heritage and G&L are real bargains used, but are getting a bit pricey new. Good stuff though.
