Here we have and incredible, all original 1967 Epiphone Riviera. Those who dont know. Gibson made Epi's from 1958 though 1970 in Kalamazoo, along side all the other gibsons made in this period.

This guitar is identical construction to a es 335. Semi hollow(full length maple center block), Brazillian rosewood board. Old growth mahogany neck. The neck is a true 1959 profile, and feels incredible. Nut width is slightly over 1 10/16

The obvious differences are the PAF mini humbuckers(which in my opinion are better then the full size humbuckers of the era, Pat #'s) and the headstock.

These are incredible guitars and don't come around to often. This one is a great all original example. Has very amazing checking throughout, and the original frets have been crowned and are 90% there. There is no fret out or buzzing anywhere on the neck. I will be sad to see this one go.

This has been Robben Fords guitar of choice for some time(his is a 66), and these guitar sound incredible. Also good enough for Otis rush and Stevie Ray!

Looking to trade for High end les paul(r9), or vintage les paul custom/standard late 60's early 70's (okay with players grade vintage)

    $3500 plus shipping
