how much is 1850 euros?
A bit much for you guys in the US, I guess.
Hi mate, can you post or send to me pics of the neck to help me appreciate the '57 profile - I'm used to Classics with the slim taper neck so understand this one will be thicker and a different shape. A few photo's in a good light (as above) from the side and back, maybe a couple of different angles would be brilliant. If any other members can point me at info on the R7 profile which I understand isn't as chunky as a '59 but not as slim as a 60's, I'd appreciate it. Cheers, Bill - firstname.lastname@example.org
The neck on R7s usually is the thickest and the neck on R9s is usually thinner, it
is regarded as the ideal profile. There are variations all over the Historic line, as the necks
are shaped by hand, not CNC. This particular guitar has a spot-on R9 profile, so that makes
it an exception among R7s.
I will post some pictures tonight when I get home, but they will be indoors + flash.
Sorry, no pics yet, I got home late last night. Will do my best to post them tonight.
Here they are. I'm sorry, this is the best I could do in artificial light.
