I'm looking at an edwards later today.. Any advise on spotting a fake?
do most of the fakes have an epi style bridge?(this has the non flat-head style bridge)
This appears to have locking tuners.
    Do they have a scarf-joint?
Anything else I can look for?
It's a Jimmy Page edition an has a zebra duncan in the bridge?
Tanks you all for your time.

I never heard of a fake Edwards so far.
No scarf-joint on the Eddies for sure
No Zebra on the JP E-LP 115LTS/RE edition, but it could be just a pickup swap.
If you want us to tell you about a guitar you looking to buy, give us [IMG], it will be easier to help you.

    Meanwhile...

Here is a real JP edition:

Here my thread on my Eddy E-LP 130 LTS/RE same built as the JP with plenty of pics for you to look at:

    I hope that can help.

Yeah, that's definitely not a Jimmy Page model, though it's still probably a pretty nice guitar.

OK, It's official..It was a E-LP-108LTS. It's now mine.. the bridge pickup was changed. and it has sperezels' on it now. It has INSANELY smooth action and weighs like a feather.
Nice Guitar and I have a pretty good stack to compare it to lol.
