My elbow is starting to hurt when I grip and I'm not really sure why. It seems to be similar to tennis elbow. I practice/play about 1-2 hours a day. I keep in shape with regular workouts (pushups-situps, etc, no weights). The only think I can think of that I do repeatedly is play guitar. But it's not my wrist it's my elbow, wierd? Is anyone else going through this?
