The Digitech SC-2 Hardwire Tube Ovedrive is a pretty good sounding pedal. I've been wondering if it would be a good pedal to use in front of a digital modeling amp, or am I just wasting money? At home, I use a Roland Cube 20X which is perfect for my needs (I know! It's digital and a modeler). I get some convincing distortion with the "Metal Stack" model and a useful "Tube" tone with the "Tube Drive" model......no complaints from me about those two models. Would adding the Digitech just be redundant? Waste of money? (the Digitech is more than half the price of the amp! Need some advice.
