Does anyone put different tailpìecemetal made studs?
I own a Les Paul with a very ligth sounding low E string. The guitar has steel tailpiece studs by Pigtail (long) and bushings and I am wondering if brass one would give a stonger bottom on low E,.....

    Thnaks for sharing your knowdldge

I just can't see that making much of a difference. First I would check
your pick up heights and also that you have good solid string contact
on your nut and bridge saddles. I like to make sure at least half of the
string is seated down in the slot on my wound strings. Good luck and
report what you end up doing. Cheers
