I only do for the kids and grand kids this time of year. But this year i am thinking of getting a Go-Pro camera for my outdoorr adventures, and sexapades.

None if you get anything but a bad time.

I love Christmas. Hated it for years but once we had kids it changed my whole outlook. Got my Santa Please Stop Here sign ready so let’s get this thing started.

Never really cared one way or the other, but this is the first year that our 3 year old daughter is excited about the decorations, music, and Santa. I'll admit it's fun watching her get so excited about it.

"Why is Santa going to come through the fireplace? He should come in the front door. I'm going get up to say hi to him and tell him to look at my drawings on the fridge and make him go out the front door."

The traditional Christmas music I have always liked, lights are no longer in the mix (except the spot light)on the neighbors wife.
    It was her idea..
I don't put up a tree either, because the kids do and that's where I prefer to contain the mess. Hey, wind'em up then I get to just leave. I love the Grampa role.

Once the kid grew up; I was done with Christmas.

Not Humbug either. The spirit needs to be with us
as much as we can muster 24/7/365.

Giving without getting is a lovely feeling.

Besides Jesus wasn't born in December anyway... all hooey... :cool2:

Meh. Good feelings can happen any time, and bad feelings can happen even over the holidays.

I'm glad my son will be down here for the family get-together; that's the best I hope for and I'm getting it this year. :)

Bah Humbug ! Christmas and Thanksgiving are the only days that Home Depot are closed. I'm scheduled to work Christmas Eve at Home Depot. however, the 26th, I'm retiring from my full-time job. so, things might not be so bad after all. :D

It’s an overly commercialized stress-fest. Happy Holidays my ass...

I used to love Christmas, before I got this job 21 years ago. Now I spend 12, 14, 16, 18, 20 hours a day at work from the week before Thanksgiving until the middle of January. I'm at work now, and have been for thirteen hours so far.

Exhaustion kind of kills any Christmas spirit one may have.
