So I just received this head in the mail and I notice when I press the channel switch button it is springy and does not lock in place like the tone shift button does, or how any button on any amp might. It's either in or out. The channel switch is like a stroke on a keyboard where you press it and it springs back out. When I plugged in the footswitch I was relieved that changed the channels just fine but without the footswitch no go. Then again I tried to press it while the footswitch was plugged in.

Can anyone verify if the button on mine may be broken? I almost packed it right up when I noticed this but figured I would try it first. Even though it will work using my foot if the button is flawed I would like to exchange because I know how one thing leads to another. Thank you ~Kevin

I’m having trouble understanding... Does the button work while the foot switch is plugged in?
