I laid out 4 of my guitars for a morning of playing a little while ago. Can you name them?

Here's the tricky part..the two guitars on the right are more or less stock. The squire is modified (Pickups and dials are the only changes). The guitar on the left will be the hardest - also the headstock is not fully in frame.

I'm curious to see if there are any sharp eyed guitar experts :)

You need to update your signature

No idea how many guitars I own, but here are a couple of the great ones.

    Gretsch Pro Jet (Gold Top)
Gibson Slash AFD Les Paul (Flamed burst)

    Shemp, Larry, Curly, and Moe.

    What do I win?

Actually, is that a Guild Bluesbird?

No....it's not an expensive guitar but it's made by a known name - something you dont see often - its a name you would usually associate with vintage instruments and parts

    Full answers!!
    Yes there were some tricks

    1. Paruwi was correct - Gretsch Electromatic Pro Jet on the right
    2. The Slash AFD was a trick and a test - Its a Chibson fake (the colour of the tuners was the give away) I suspect Rockstar232007 knew as much
    3. WhiteEpiLP nailed the third - its a Squier Jagmaster
    4. The last (on the left) was the tricky one - It is a DeArmond M65

    Just a bit of fun.

Nope. Not the tuners. That body shape is classic Chibson.

Interesting - I can't stress enough that i don't condone copyright theft, but in all honesty..it was freaky just how good an instrument the Chibson was though.
I have a chender that was rough as hell however. The vast majority of my guitars are genuine. I just wanted to see for myself. I had watched so many unboxing videos on youtube that I wanted to know - I can't and wont sell the fakes, they are just for my own fun.

Those dearmonds are sweet guitars. Played a used one at a local shop. I would've boughten it if I had $300 laying around.

Actually yeah, the DeArmond Is pretty damn sweet. Mine had been sitting in the local guitar store for the longest time (over a year) because the colour put people off - its a sort of retro-orange. In the end I did a bit of sweet talking and the store just wanted to off-load it so they virtually gave it to me for $270 New Zealand Dollars. That works out to around $198 USD by the way. Freakn sweet huh.
