So I hit the buy it now button on eBay after having wanted one of these forever. I'm thinking once it shows up the remorse will go away. May have paid a little more than I wanted but I think it will be worth it. Can't wait! for it to get here!

I know I'm going to love it, just a little remorse since I need another guitar like a hole in the head!. G.A.S won out again, I fought the good fight but ended up giving in:D

I am the same way. I feel remorse or guilt anytime I buy something that really isn't a necessity. My wife actually bought my Gold Top because I couldn't justify spending $2k+ on a guitar..

With that being said, just play it. Eventually the remorse will go away and you will have a great guitar

Yep, I realized that after I posted it. That was from the eBay description. The actual manufacturer sheet shows it as "LTD ED. LP CST LQ EB"

Shoot, I feel that way any time I spend over $400 on a guitar. I think a guitar over $2k would give me a stroke.

Just ordered a set of black Seymour Duncans with gold pole pieces and without logo's. JB for the bridge, 59 for the neck. A set of paper and oil caps, gold tulip replacement buttons for the tuners, and a case. Turning into a pretty spendy day. Can't wait to get everything swapped out, polished up and start playing!! Pics will follow as soon as it gets here and is upgraded:dude:

One of the reasons that I don't care for Epi LP's is the ugly headstock. That is an awesome headstock. I volunteer to be the garbage man if you decide to throw it out. Congrats on a gorgeous guitar.

You and I went the same route man! I originally only planned on replacing the bridge, but seeing that brand new gold bridge on a guitar with 13 year old gold everything else, I just couldn't help myself :wow:

Enjoy it man! Don't forget to pick up a comfortable strap too! Mine is a fat son of a bitch at 10.2 pounds! My old strap wasn't cutting it!

Great looking guitar! I just picked up a 2006 Epi LP Std and I am putting the same SD combo in her JB/59. I'm also upgrading her wiring to the Jimmy Page system.

A friend of mine and a fellow MLP member has that exact guitar and loves it.It does have a very fat neck he tells me.I have a LQ also but in a Honeyburst finish and it's my favorite go-to guitar and best Les Paul I've ever owned-bar none.Fujigen craftsmanship at it's finest imo.Resonance, sustain, fit and finish,playability-has it all in spades.
Congrat's-you won't regret it.BTW,the seller is a friend of mine and you have no worries there either.

I have an Elite in the honeyburst finish and it is an awesome guitar that I will never sell. Glad to hear I have nothing to worry about on the sale. His feedback is REALLY good so I didn't think twice about buying it.
