    OK - I just checked that out this morning (UK time zone ;) ) and, to my ear, I was right with how I called it :

    I hear E minor, all the way, no modulations at all. So as with the first song the use of both 6ths (C/C#) as the chord changes from C > A can be seen as implying a modal shift (E aeolian > E dorian) or just as being like the melodic minor scale (C# & D# on the way up, D & C [naturals] on the way down).

    But I definitely hear E as tonic throughout.

    And what's the last chord? Yup, A. Another of those unresolved subdominants.
