Am I crazy to buy a Line 6 G10 wireless system?

My question is if this is a stupid move? I have plenty of nice cables already but just would like the freedom of not dragging one around. My fear of not knowing much about wireless and how it works has me on the fence about buying. Is all my time and money spent on tube amps, tube swaps, pups wiring upgrades etc to get the perfect tone for my ears gonna be flushed down the toilet by adding something digital in the signal? Is it going to change the tone even if my ears can't detect it? Should I worry that tones I already have dialed in are now going to need to be tweaked again because of adding this?

At all. You did a great move! :)

I've one and I'm addicted to it. Tone is safe. Working great. :)

I have one. Easy to use, no change in tone to my ears, Really nice to be able to walk around and not worry about stepping on my cable. Nothing to wear on your belt. What's not to like?

Not at all. You will hardly hear a difference and once you go wireless you will wonder how you did without that freedom in the past.
