A little cello or steel guitar with your compressor/limiter?

    Do I need a compressor/limiter? Do I want this one? Yeah.

    Hell yeah! Though, I would probably want to run another compressor with as an alternate for snappy stuff just so I could have this at the ready for the pedal steel setting. If they made this thing a tri switch setup to toggle between swell, attack and drive that would be perfect.

    That cello part was pretty cool. I don’t think it fools anyone, but it was a neat sound. The steel part was silly. Nobody uses a swell on EVERY note on a steel guitar. But that last bend and sustain was cool. I’ll jjst keep using a VP on the lap steel and my volume knob on the Strat.
    The compressor sounded good, but I didn’t care really for the overdrive side of it in the demo. But to be fair, I don’t generally like overdrive pedals. I think it would be cooler if they just added more stuff to the compressor side of things
