I bought this guitar in 1974 at the Music Manor in Fort Wayne, Indiana, and played it in many bands over the next few decades. Money got real tight 10 years ago and I had to sell it. Two months ago, I was able to buy it back from the friend I sold it to. I can't tell you how great it is to have it back. Sounds great and plays like a dream. I put Grovers on it in '74, refretted it in '78, and later changed the knobs and truss rod cover. Aside from that, it's totally stock. I DON'T plan on ever selling it again.

Point well taken. I changed the strings right after I took the pix, tho.

Welcome to the forum. Beautiful guitar. Perfect (IMHO) color and shading, similar to my '76 but a little lighter (and I have to admit nicer).
Never sell it.... but if you do call me.

Guitar reunions are always awesome. I was reunited with both of my LP's (both Norlins, too!) at the end of February after about 10 years, so I know the feeling.

    Congrats on getting her back!

That is a BEAUTIFUL guitar. Is the fading on the back and back of the neck just from wear?

Yes, I went back and looked at pics of these that I have. None have the wiring channel down in the lower position. Very Early 74
