It's amazing what fish oil can do, I bought 300 softgels for $15, killer deal, my energy levels feel so much better, less depressed. I got fish burps but it's supposed to be good for the brain and heart. For .05ยข a pill, I figure why not? :dunno: I can't afford fish anyways so it's better than nothing.

My goal is deadlifting 300lbs by Feb. Got 293 today but I have no more room on the bar. 293 went up easy enough.

I've never tried to max out my deadlift but I'm sure I can do more than 300. Today was as close as I've come to a 1rep max. After I hit 300, I'm hoping for 360 by 2019. That's twice my weight.

I have to stop lifting for 2 months at a time in April, May and then Sept, Oct. It sets me back and I'm always playing catch up.

I was sick for a couple weeks and finally been recovering this part week. Getting back into the gym, and I feel weak, but should be able to get back to normal strength pretty quickly. Today felt better than yesterday, and yesterday was miles ahead of when I tried going last week before I started feeling better.

Was complimented on my squat form today, doing a 4x4@195.

Got an inversion table for free from a neighbor yesterday. Just tried it out for a few minutes for now. Not sure how I feel about it yet though. I have neck issues sometimes, so I'm hoping it can help stretch everything out. I normally don't have hip issues, but I did notice it was a really good stretch feeling going on there.

My wife and I have one that we both use often. Works wonders for my discs.

I've got one, but I can't stand being upside down. The reverse hyper machine is muh life though. But thankfully (I guess?) my bad discs are in my lumbar.

Awesome work man. 20 lbs on the squat? 40 on DL? Volume time.

My new company has a workout room right across the hall from my office. Not much in there. A nice treadmill, an elliptical machine, a free-weight bench, and some dumbbells, but just up to 40 lbs. Nobody seems to use it, other than I've heard someone on a phone call on the treadmill, so I grabbed a couple of the 30 lbs dumbbells and brought them to my office. Now I can bust out some hammer curls whenever I want throughout the day. :)

I'm getting started on this thing. So I have a question concerning pre/post meals. I do eat a decent small meal consisting of clean protein, some sort of green vegetables, and a whole grain carb source about 1.5 hrs before training. After working out I'm told within 30 min or so I should have a shake, or protein bar etc. But sometimes I'm still full, even after a good workout. Should I just eat anyway, or wait a little longer. I'm trying hard to maximize all of my hard work.
