90 Day Fitness Thread: Day 1!

    Ok, everyone-who-signed-up

    This is Day 1 of your fitness journey for the next 90 days.

    In this thread, Post your "Before" Picture (optional, I suppose. although you probably should for motivation), state your goals that you'd like to have met in 90 days (make them realistic, its only 90 days), and then describe how you plan to achieve them.

    After everyone's stated their goals, and outlined their program, this thread serves as "group therapy", if you will. Post here for advice from other members, discuss fitness, etc. At 30, 60, and 90 days we'll do a progress check in.

    30 Days: 4th of July
    60 Days: August 3rd
    90 Days: September 2nd


    So here's my starting photo:

    Current Stats:
    Age: 22
    Height - 6'1
    Weight - 175 lbs
    Body Fat Percentage - 11%
    Penis Size: ask yo mama

    Goals:
    - Gain 5-10 lbs of muscle by september 2nd
    - Drop Body fat % to 8%
    - General more defined, "cut" look
    - by the end, I'd like to weigh somewhere between 180-185 lbs, with 8% body fat.

    Program:
    - I'm a boxer, so I'm in the ring 2-3 times a week, I also jog every day, approx. 3-4 miles
    - I'll be supplementing this with p90x, something i've never tried. I'll be using it 6 times a week, and following it to the letter, including the nutrition outlines.
    - Using whey protein supplement, but no other supplements.

    There's not much chance of me getting in that kind of shape in 3 months. I have 10 years of shit and abuse to get rid of first. Maybe by Christmas :fingersx:

    So my wife and I started Insanity on Tuesday. It's a 60 day program similar to P90X. This morning was day two. I'm in complete pain. My whole body is sore. Thought i was going to throw up after the first session.

    Present: 5'10" / 180lbs

    Goals: I'd like to drop to 170lbs and just be in better shape.

    Here's my day one check-in. I weigh 191 right now and I'm 6' tall. My goal was to get more definition in my abdomen and lose 10-15 lbs. My target weight is anything sub 180. Hopefully I'll hit it in 90 days.

    dumbbell row.

    10 mile bike ride on single speed bike.

    Oh yeah, brother.....

    248 lbs. 6'2". Should be 180. I don't look like you dudes with your glamour shots. I look like a 50+ year old man with Dunlop disease.

    I was in the best shape of my life when I was in my early 40s (which wasn't great).

    My goal:
    Drop 50 lbs over the next year.

    My plan:
    Eat less; move more.

    I started riding my bike this week, and stopped eating after dinner.

    i'm running 10 K every day
    and doing 20-30 minutes of weights every other day.
    plus bike rides when i can.

    i don't know if i'll lose any weight, but it sure helps me stay fit.
