Post here for advice from other members, discuss fitness, etc. At 30, 60, and 90 days we'll do a progress check in. 30 Days: 4th of July 60 Days: August 3rd 90 Days: September 2nd So here's my starting photo: Current Stats: Age: 22 Height - 6'1 Weight - 175 lbs Body Fat Percentage - 11% Penis Size: ask yo mama Goals: - Gain 5-10 lbs of muscle by september 2nd - Drop Body fat % to 8% - General more defined, "cut" look - by the end, I'd like to weigh somewhere between 180-185 lbs, with 8% body fat. Program: - I'm a boxer, so I'm in the ring 2-3 times a week, I also jog every day, approx. 3-4 miles - I'll be supplementing this with p90x, something i've never tried. I'll be using it 6 times a week, and following it to the letter, including the nutrition outlines. - Using whey protein supplement, but no other supplements. Your Turn, Kids!
