    Hi!
I'm not one of the experts on this forum, but I do have some books ;)
At first I thought that the obviously very shallow neck angle was fishy with a supposedly original wraparound, but the Duchossoir book says (on the wraparound models): "The earliest instruments fitted with the newer bridge outfit still feature a shallow neck set, and it was not until early 1954 that the neck pitch was accentuated to permit an easier bridge adjustment"!
What I don't like: The finish doesn't appear original, why no serial number and where's the grounding wire in the cavity?!

In the description is writen that it is one of the first wraparounds which had no serial number.. i know that the first 1952 had no serial but all 1953 had one.
Also the pup looks like it was for some reason deeper in the top. Or it is not original? I dont know.

Pickup probably was deeper. Real common look on those '50s GTs was for the pickups to be set down really low with the poles raised up proud of the covers. Doesn't mean the guitar's been molested, just that somebody's adjusted it up taller in more recent times. As for the other stuff -- I got no idea.
