    Hi everyone,
long time reader and first time poster here.
Is this the correct way to wire a 50s wiring with the neck tone pot being a push pull pot, switching the phase of the two pickups in middle position?
    Thank you very much.

Looks fine, as long as your pickups follow the Duncan colour coding..

I´m unsure about the push pull switch. Where does C1 go when the switch is pushed in? Is it going to 4? Then I would have the normal phase of the humbucker. Or is C1 going to 2? In this case, I think I would have the out of phase sound when the switch is pushed in since 2 is grounded.
So basically, are 2 and 4 wired the correct way or do they have to be switched?

If you find you don't like the switch operation, simply reverse the connections you describe.

    Allright. Thank you.
One more question: What is used on a lot of Les Pauls to ground the pots? This bare silver wire. Is it a piece of solder?

Yep, its just a connection so there is no need for extravagance.

Here's my 50s wiring diagram for the JP#1 phase mod. Pickups are in phase when push pull is down. When pulled up it flip flops the leads on bridge pickup and neck and bridge will be out of phase when toggle switch is in the middle position. Red wire is pos. + and green wire is neg.

In your wiring diagram of push pull it would be in phase when pot is down and out of phase when pulled up. I am referencing the numbers on the PC boards of the black molded CTS 500K push pulls.
