I just finished some "upgrades" to my 2012 Mexi Telecaster and I like the results. Change the pickups for a set of Seymour Duncan Quarter-pounders Emerson pre-wired harness/switch/jack/pots Fender locking tuners Fender Vintage-style bridge plate Rutters Brass Saddles I did the lion's-share of the work myself (first time soldering electronics) but to ensure everything was correct I took it to Tom Barkstrom at Blues Vintage Guitars. Tom was the head Guitar Tech at Glaser Instruments for years before moving to BVG. I trust him with all my guitars. Anyway after Tom tweeked the radius and intonation a bit, the axe is awesome. I really like the tone from the quarter pounders and I like the way the three-saddle bridge looks.
