2009 LP Traditional Plain Top opinions

    Just after your thoughts on these guys. Not played one of these before.. Just checking on build quality, good woods etc ..Advice and comments much welcome

    Looks real nice to me. If it plays well and the neck feels right I would take it at the right price. Might be a bit heavy though.

    I like plaintops, since the market is saturated with extreme figured veneered tops to the point that it's a joke. On a plaintop, the color becomes really important, and this one looks particularly nice to me. Some people just have to have flames, but I like this one.

    I like plain tops too. Nice guitar, and Traditionals are usually great guitars :)

    My Trad Pro has a plain top like yours.

    Great guitar!

    Like some of the others have mentioned,there are so many Flame topped Les Paul's, a plain one is a nice change.

    That looks like a nice guitar. A 2009 Traditional would be weight relieved, but if that doesn't bother you then it looks like it would be a nice addition to the collection.

    Plaintops have their own magic, there is no need of flames for a beautyful guitar!
